Benidorm - Day trip to Albarda Gardens & Denia
When it comes to Mediterranean gardens, L' Albarda is one of the finest. The garden of L'Albarda is a model of excellence in the world of Mediterranean gardens.
Created in 1990, it demonstrates the great richness of the flora that thrive in this climate. L'Albarda coversa an area of 50,000 m2 and boasts more thatn 700 species of native plants as well as an extensive collection of roses and palm trees.
In addition to its botancial biodiversity, L'Albarda has a formal garden, orchards and wild gardens. These recreate the ancient Renaissance gardens of Valencia which were widely influenced by Arab culture. As in Renaissance gardens, architectural features have a great importance in L' Albarda; visitors will be transposrted to ancient times as they wander the walkways, pergolas and areas of outstanding natural beauty. The guest will have the opportunity of buying jam made from the fruits collected from the gardens of L'Albarda.

Next up is a visit to Denia and its medieval castle. You will have free time to explore this old town at your pace.

Algar Waterfalls & Polop
Half day trip to Alfas del Pi Market, Polop and the Fountains of Algar every Friday.
You´ll be whisked away to Alfaz del Pi market for a quick refreshment break or bargain hunt then on to the inland village of Polop. Follow the path up the hill to the medieval walls and you will be rewarded with some spectacular views while you enjoy a well-deserved refreshing sangria.
To finish the day take a relaxed tour to one of Spain protected natural wetland areas. You will head through, beautiful countryside to the spectacular Algar Waterfalls. While you’re here, you can take a leisurely walk along a route which takes you past the waterfalls and over the River Algar. Or why not sit back and soak up and admire Mother Nature’s impressive work.

Valencia & Mestalla Forever Tour
Valencia is one of Spain’s most exciting cities and an intriguing blend of old and new.
Visit Valencia, the city of light and gunpowder. Home of the spectacular Fallas and paella. Valencia is not just the capital of the Valencian Comunity but a city fused with ancient traditions and modern architecture creating a unique and perfect cocktail.
On arrival in Valencia you have free time in the centre of the city to explore at your leisure. View this fascinating city from the top of the City Tour Bus which tours around the city`s most emblematic areas. You can purchase tickets from the guide on the bus at a reduced rate. Admire the splendour of Valencia’s Gothic monuments such as the Cathedral and the Lonja de Seda, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
In the afternoon you will have a guided tour of the Mestalla Football Stadium, home of the Valencia Football Club. You will have a guided tour of the stadium, learn some of the history and some anecdotes of the club. Imagine yourself in the dressing rooms, press room or coming out of the players tunnel onto the pitch.
After picking up from various points in Benidorm, you will leave Benidorm at approximately 10:30. Journey time is approximately 2 hours with a 20 minute stop on route. You will arrive in Valencia at approximately 12:00 - 12:30. You will stop at the Torres de Serrano right in the heart of the city, within walking distance from the Cathedral, Central Market and the shops.
For organizational purposes, the route of the Mestalla Tour and its schedule may vary. Visitors will be advised prior to accessing the stadium.
The tour is not fully accessible for people with reduced mobility. Guests with reduced mobility can visit: pitch side and bench, Referee's dressing room, medicine center, Mestalla per Sempre, Fans Balcony, Please let us know if you have case to advise the stadum as they willl have to arrange a second guide, as the route is not the normal one.

Beer and Wine Tour
This trip, called the Spirit of the Costa Blanca, allows you to discover the local area and indulge your taste buds!
Take a trip up to the beautiful whitewashed village of Altea, with your first stop at a local beer factory Althaia Artesana founded by Jorge Sanchez a self taught brewer during his quest to create "the perfect brew". The high quality ales are made from all natural ingredients and the entire production of this amber brew is all done in the village from the milling to the fermeting and botteling. You will learn how it is all done from start to finish and get a chance to sample the final product as well!!
At midday you then travel to Guadalest the beautiful village on top of the mountain with spectacular views of the surrounding valley and reservoir, the cliff top castle of San Jose also has a dungeon you can visit.
There is a selection of museums for you to enjoy, plus local artisanal products and honey as well as the Baroque style church Our Lady of the Ascension built in 1740.
Your last stop is at the Enrique Mendoza winery where you will take part in a tour of the installations and sample some of their excellent ecological wines in the garden. Their quality wines use the best grapes including Chardonnay, Moscatel, Sauvingnon and Merlot. Under 18's will enjoy a soft drink instead of wine.

Moors and Christians Alcoy
Visit Alcoy famous for the unrivalled fiesta of the Moors and Christians! An unforgettable experience! An incredible live spectacle with a great atmosphere!
Alcoy has celebrated their Moors and Christians festival for over 250 years and the event was declared to be of International Tourist Interest in 1980. The spectacular fiestas unite the whole town as they come out to celebrate their history and to revere the town´s Patron, Saint George, with breath-taking parades, amazing costumes and music.
According to local history, the origins of the festivities go back to an uprising of the moors living in the area in 1276 and that on the 23d of April 1276, St George’s Day, the Saint miraculously intervened and helped to defend the town again the Al-Azraq attack.
The three day festivities are held every April and this excursion takes you to Alcoy on the day of the “Entradas” or "arrival of the troops". You will be able to watch the parades of both the Moors and Christian troops in all their splendour. The coach departs from Benidorm in the afternoon and returns at 23:30 approximately.
