Ticket sales for the Gerry & The Pacemakers performance in Benidorm.
Gerry and the Pacemakers, the famous British Beat band from Liverpool come to the Benidorm Palace for one night only on Sunday 5th of March 2017.
One of the iconic bands of the swinging 60’s ,the Mersey group, had a huge following during the swinging 60’s, after they were signed by The Beatle’s Manager Brian Epstein in 1962 as his second group.
The band are still touring today with Gerry Marsden (guitar and vocals), Steve Thompson (lead guitar), Tony Young (keyboards), Nick Woolgar (drums) and Joe Mitchell (bass guitar).
“Gerry cross the Mersey” takes you on a nostalgic journey through the years with all their famous hits “How do you do it?”, “I Like it”, “Ferry cross the Mersey” and of course Gerry’s Rendition of the Rodgers and Hammerstein classic “You’ll never walk alone” which was quickly adopted by Liverpool Football Club and then many other teams as their anthem.
To complete the evening, Special Guest entertainer is Jimmy Cricket. Winner of LWT’s talent contest, Search For A Star, he is best known for his TV series “and there’s more” and his radio shows “Jimmy’s Cricket team”.
